Return Eligibility
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
- Products must be new and in a resalable condition
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of purchase
- We also accept product exchanges, for new unused items within 72hours.
Product Condition Requirements
- We accept products that are completely new and in their original packaging.
- Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- slightly used products are ineligible for return .
Exchange Information
- Product exchanges are available for unused goods only
- we do not cater for delivery fees for returns and we do not offset from product cost differences.
- Same condition requirements apply as for returns.
- Exchanges must also be processed within the 3-day window
- Exchanges can only be processed for items of exact same value or higher, we do not offset product differences.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed only for out of stock items and within 3 business days
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
- All refunds will be processed in KES.
- No additional fees will be deducted from your refund
